Moniteau High School fixes sewage problem, will have school at normal time
Moniteau Junior/Senior High School will be open Thursday, Nov. 14, after it was forced to send students home Wednesday morning due to problems with the sewage system.
According to school board president Michael Panza, a plumber was called in and resolved the issue shortly after classes let out.
“There was an issue, they called a plumber in, they were able to fix it, cleaned everything, and everything’s good to go tomorrow,” Panza said.
The other school in the Moniteau School District, Dassa McKinney Elementary School, did not experience any issues.
