Charlotte “Betty” Elizabeth Willard, 93, of Valencia, formerly of Hampton Township and the Woodlands at St. Barnabas, passed away peacefully Wednesday surrounded by her immediate family.

She is survived by her son, James Sherwood Willard and his wife, Beth, of Cranberry Township and her two grandchildren, Daniel James Willard and Kathleen (Katie) Elizabeth Willard.

James W.
