One person was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital following a Tuesday morning, Nov. 19, crash that closed Mars Evans City Road near its intersection with Hutchman Road in Adams Township.

Scanner traffic indicated a motorcycle and another vehicle were involved in the crash, which was reported around 7:15 a.m. The motorcyclist was reportedly “on the ground” following the crash, chatter between first responders and Butler County 911 operators indicated.

One person was taken to Allegheny General Hospital.

The roads were briefly closed, but reopened before 8 a.m.
