Michael James Davis Jr., of Cranberry Township, passed away Friday, Nov. 22, 2024.

Born June 4, 1945, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Michael James Davis Sr. and Cecelia Davis.

Michael proudly served our country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. In his free time, he enjoyed golfing. He was also a die-hard Penguins and Steelers fan. Above all, Michael was a simple man who cherished the time spent with family.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 54 years, Vera Jean (Pisani) Davis; his son, Michael James Davis III; his brother, Wayne (Fay) Davis; his sister-in-law, Terry Davis; his nephew, Jason (Jenine) Davis; his niece, Autumn (Kurt) Woodcock; and his great-nephew, Hayden Woodcock.

In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his brother, Glen Davis.

DAVIS — Friends and family of Michael James Davis, Jr., who died Friday, Nov. 22, 2024, will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024, at BOYLAN-GLENN-KILDOO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township.

A funeral ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2024, at the funeral home, with Pastor Reid Moon officiating.

He will be laid to rest at Pinewood Memorial Gardens.
