Diane Dallara

Dallara

Diane Rokoski Dallara passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2024, in Inverness, Fla., at the age of 78.

Born on Feb. 18, 1946, in Tarentum, Diane was the eldest child of the late Edward and Theresa Rokoski. She lived a life full of love, laughter, joy and cherished relationships.

Diane graduated from West Deer High School and built a successful career in sales with Wesco, where her warmth and determination left a lasting impression on all she encountered. After retiring, Diane and her husband, Jerry, split their time between their beloved Saxonburg and their home in Inverness, Fla., where they enjoyed the company of many dear friends and shared countless happy moments both on and off the golf course.

On June 7, 1969, Diane married the love of her life, Jerry Dallara. Together they shared 55 wonderful years of marriage filled with laughter, dancing and unconditional love. Diane had a special way of expressing that love, always responding with her trademark phrase, “love you more,” to anyone who told her they loved her.

Diane is survived by her devoted husband, Jerry Dallara; her sisters, JoAnn Flotta (wife of the late Patrick Flotta) and Pauline Girdwood (Dean); her brother, Edward Rokoski (Denise); and numerous nieces, nephews and friends who were like family. While having no children of her own, Diane extended motherly love and support to nieces and nephews, and she will be sorely missed by each of them.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Theresa Rokoski.

Diane will be remembered for her joyful spirit, her love of music and dancing, and the kindness she extended to everyone she met. Her warmth and laughter brought light to every room, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
