BAKERSTOWN — Knoch High School product Stefan Carlsson took first place in the Kings Restaurants Junior Golf Tournament held Thursday at Pittsburgh North Golf Course.
Carlsson and Wexford's Brandon McCuen tied for first place in the boys 17-18 division, both shooting a 76. Carlsson then won on the first playoff hole.
BOYERS — The Fantasy Whitetail Deer Farm in Boyers is hosting an American Woods Racing Series ATV and dirt bike race June 30 and July 1.The United States’ top pros will be on hand top continue competing in the woods racing series as this will be the fifth of an 11-race series. Racers will compete on a 14-16-mile track for two hours.Racing begins at 9 a.m. June 30. Admission is $10 and covers both days.
