CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Tyler A. Albright, 20, of Butler was held for court on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, driving without a license, a stop sign violation, failing to yield, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Oct. 1.

Kara J. Anderson, 30, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed Oct. 26. Anderson was ordered to pay $524.86 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Preston R. Bartmas, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and public drunkenness, filed Sept. 6.

Nicole Brown, 28, of Hilliards waived to court charges of hit-and-run, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with an illegal license plate, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, driving at an unsafe speed, driving without valid inspection and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 24.

William L. Dawson, 58, of Chicora waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Oct. 2.

Matthew N. Ford, 25, an inmate at the State Correctional Institution-Graterford in Montgomery County, waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 27

Emily A. Greer, 20, of Butler was held for court on charge of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, an open container violation and not using low beams, filed Sept. 13.

Jeffrey L. Matoskey, 22, of Boswell, Somerset County, waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 27.

Trenton A. Ryan, 18, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, underage drinking, driving with improper tires and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 18.
