PENN TWP — A vehicle flipped over and came to rest off the side of the road near Raducz Stone Quarry on Pittsburgh Road shortly after 4:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 16.
Penn Township Volunteer Fire Company is on the scene.
The crash has reduced northbound traffic on Pittsburgh Road to one lane. It is being directed by a flagger.
