A worker on Thursday reaches for a beam to be placed on the roof of the new Butler Transit Authority Intermodal Transit Center at the former Pullman Standard site. The $13-million transit facility is expected to be done late this fall. It will house offices for the authority, the Butler Area Rural Transit's (BART) and the Medical Transportation Assistance Program as well as a maintenance/wash bay building and storage for BTA's and BART's buses.
