The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Nov. 25 — Michael C. Moses, 31, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to an Aug. 10 traffic stop of a bicycle on Rolling Valley Lane in Connoquenessing Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed Moses was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.151%. In Pennsylvania, 0.08% is the legal limit.

Nov. 25 — Jason K. Baker, 45, of Eau Claire, was charged with misdemeanor counts of DUI and drug possession related to an Aug. 11 vehicle crash on Eau Claire Road in Venango Township. Police said when they arrived, they found Baker standing by the rear of his vehicle, which was broken down on the roadside. Police said field sobriety tests showed Baker was impaired. Police said during the arrest, they found a container of suspected meth. Police said Baker later refused to have his blood tested.

Nov. 25 — David J. Byers, 34, of Karns City, was charged with misdemeanor counts of DUI and drug possession related to an Aug. 25 vehicle crash on Kittanning Pike in Parker Township. Police said when they arrived, they found Byers by the bumper of his crashed vehicle in the middle of the road. Police said field sobriety tests showed Byers was impaired, and a later test showed fentanyl in his system. Police said during the arrest, they found four stamp bags of suspected narcotics.

Nov. 25 — Landon R. Kretzer, 22, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to a Nov. 3 vehicle crash on West Slippery Rock Road in Fairview Township. Police said when they arrived, they found Kretzer’s vehicle in a ditch off the road. Police said a later blood test showed meth, marijuana and a blood-alcohol content of 0.110% in his system. In Pennsylvania, 0.08% is the legal limit.

Nov. 25 — Richard R. Berry Jr., 62, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to an Oct. 23 single-vehicle crash on North Main Street in Chicora. Police said when they arrived, they found Berry trapped in his vehicle which was on its roof in the northbound lane. Police said a later blood test showed multiple prescription medications in his system that could cause impairment.

Nov. 25 — Cy’Aire Morris, 18, of Emlenton, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault related to a Nov. 17 incident on Dakota Drive in Allegheny Township. Police said Morris and a boy repeatedly punched another boy in the face.

Nov. 25 — Theresa M. Campano, 39, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor unauthorized use of a vehicle related to an Oct. 25 incident at B&W Auto in Fairview Township. Police said Campano test-drove a vehicle while waiting for a loan to be approved for it. Police said Campano did not receive the loan and did not return the vehicle.

Nov. 25 — Krysta D. Moore, 28, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to a Nov. 9 single-vehicle crash on Bonniebrook Road in Summit Township. Police said a later blood test showed Moore’s blood-alcohol content at 0.239%. In Pennsylvania, 0.08% is the legal limit.

Nov. 25 — Police charged two men related to a Nov. 24 incident on Bullcreek Road in Butler. Andrew J. Beilstein, 37, of Fenelton, and David L. Humphrey, 33, of Butler, were charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said the pair engaged in a mutual fight after Humphrey made comments about Beilstein’s sister.

Nov. 25 — James M. Reed, 48, of Grove City, was charged with misdemeanor theft and harassment related to an incident with his former girlfriend. Police said Reed entered the woman’s home without permission and stole two cameras worth $169 combined.

Nov. 25 — Anthony M. Trout, 20, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to a March 3 incident at the Slippery Rock University Police Department. Police said Trout arrived drunk to the department while picking up one of his drunken friends. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.48%. In Pennsylvania, those age 21 and younger are not allowed to have alcohol in their system.

Nov. 25 — Matthew J. Ptak, 27, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to a Nov. 22 vehicle crash on South Main Street. Police said Ptak’s vehicle hit a utility pole and sustained heavy front-end damage. Police said field sobriety tests showed Ptak was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.159%. In Pennsylvania, 0.08% is the legal limit.
