Fay A. Miller, 77, of Zelienople passed away Sunday while in the comfort of his home.

Born March 20, 1934, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Samuel and Ruth (Templer) Miller.

He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Kate Miller, who he married on June 29, 1990; his five children, James (Darlene) Lumley Jr., Michael (Dennis) Lumley, Jennifer (Justin) Warmus, Sandy (Roger) Kowal and Curtis Miller; his brother, Walter Miller; his two sisters, Margaret Wikert and Louise Hargar; his five grandchildren, Steele, the sparkle of his eye, Shane, Kasi, Leann and Jonathan; his two great-grandchildren, Adalyn and Miley; and caregivers who became family, Debbie Rajchel and Jim and Susan Peffer.
