Raymond R. Okeson, 63, of Old Route 68, Evans City, died at 5:45 a.m. Sunday at his home.

Born April 11, 1945, in Butler, he was the son of the late Earl R. and Agnes I. Raybuck Okeson.

He was a laborer for Armco.

He was a Protestant.

Mr. Okeson, a graduate of Butler High School and Butler County Community College, was a veteran of the Navy, where he worked onboard aircraft carriers.

Surviving are a daughter, Jennifer Okeson; a brother, William Okeson; two sisters, Sandra Anderson and Donna Uber; a stepson, Robert Curzi; and two grandchildren.

Mr. Okeson was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
