Fohl

Kathleen "Kathy" Grace Fohl, 58, of Butler passed away Wednesday at Chicora Medical Center.

She was born Dec. 10, 1951, in Butler, the daughter of Martha (Slomer) Kowal of Butler and the late Wallace A. Kowal Sr.

She had attended St. Fidelis Church in Meridian.

She enjoyed painting and doing crafts.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, George C. Fohl, whom she married July 31, 1971; a daughter, Kimberly (Robert) Wenzel of Wichita, Kan.; two sons, George C. Fohl Jr. of Richmond, Va., and James R. Fohl of Butler; a granddaughter, Molly Wenzel; a brother, William Kowal of East Butler; a sister, Dorothy J. Billman of Butler; and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Wallace A. Kowal, Jr.
