David Earl Hoover, 53, of Natrona Heights, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

He was born June 4, 1971, in New Kensington, to the late Leroy and Carol (Armstrong) Hoover.

David lived his entire life in Natrona Heights where he was a food preparer for numerous area restaurants for 30 years. He was of the Protestant faith and a graduate of Highlands High School.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Hoover; and his maternal grandmother, Dorothy I. (Fennell) Armstrong.

HOOVER — All services and burial in Butler County Memorial Park, next to his brother and mother, will be private for David Earl Hoover, who died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025.
