The Rock Solid girls basketball team is hosting a charity softball game June 12-13 at Franklin Field in Butler.

The team is raising money for its trip to nationals at Wake Forest (N.C.) in July.

The Ball Zone is sponsoring a summer baseball clinic June 14-18 at Marburger Field in Mars.Ages 7-9 will be instructed from 9 a.m. to noon, ages 10-12 will be instructed from 1-4 p.m. Cost is $85.
