The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler Twp

7:05 a.m. Dec. 3 — Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Route 422. Police said Gage Olean, 19, of Butler, lost control of his vehicle, which spun into a cement barrier head on. Police said Olean was uninjured, and his vehicle was towed from the scene.

Jan. 3 — Tonia L. Chambers, 46, of Sandy Lake, Pa., was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle related to a Nov. 28 report made from the Pine Glenn Apartments in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Chambers borrowed her cousin’s car and failed to return it.

5:17 p.m. Jan. 3 — Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Stark Road in Clinton Township. Police said Venkatesh Marnedi, 25, of New Kensington, was cited with speeding after he lost control of his vehicle, exited the road and hit a tree. Police said Marnedi was not injured, but the vehicle was towed.

10:43 p.m. Jan. 1 — Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township. Police said Zachariah E. Saunders, 29, of Farrell, was cited for leaving the lane, after he crashed his vehicle into a guide rail. Police said the vehicle flipped onto its roof, and Saunders was hospitalized with minor injuries. Police said the vehicle was towed.

2:08 p.m. Dec. 31 — Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Neupert Road in Jefferson Township. Police said Robert L. Fry, 45, of Butler, was cited for leaving his lane after he exited his lane and hit a telephone pole. Police said Fry suffered a possible minor injury, but he was not hospitalized. Police said the vehicle was towed.

8:15 a.m. Dec. 30 — Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on I-79 in Jackson Township. Police said John M. Sweet, 51, of Bluffton, S.C., lost control of his vehicle due to wet road conditions and slid into a guide rail. Police said no injuries were reported, but the vehicle needed to be towed.

7:40 a.m. Dec. 30 — Police responded to a three-vehicle crash on East Portersville Road in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Shellee L. Deless, 57, of Portersville, was cited for improper left turn after she turned in front of a vehicle driven by Mikayla M. Beachem, 23, of Ellwood City. Police said Beachem’s vehicle ran into a third driven by Vladimir S. Struk, 72, of McHenry, Ill.

10:10 a.m. Dec. 16 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on East Main Street in Evans City. Police said Daisy E. Snow, 18, of Mars, was cited for careless driving after she drove her vehicle into one driven by Jesus E. Pacheco, 50, of Lyndora. Police said Snow suffered minor injuries but was not hospitalized.

Zelienople

Jan. 3 — Ronald L. Schaeffer, 49, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor counts of drug and drug paraphernalia possession related to a Dec. 28 traffic stop on Mercer Street in Harmony. Police said they found a bag of cocaine in Schaeffer’s pocket and a scale in the vehicle.
