Eileen M. Kuciak, 84, of Butler, passed away Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025, at Lowrie Place in Butler.

Born Nov. 2, 1940, in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Leonard V. and Helen V. (Graham) Neigh.

She was a Butler High School graduate, Class of 1958, had attended Butler County Community College and graduated from Welch Business School, formerly in New Castle.

Eileen was a banking officer and manager for Mellon Bank in Saxonburg. She also worked in Lyndora, Butler, Ford City, Kittanning and New Castle branches, retiring in 1997 following 30 years of service. She had received sales awards and training awards from Mellon Bank. Following her retirement, she worked at Butler Memorial Hospital in the registration department and also was a greeter for Geibel Funeral Home.

She was a member of All Saints Parish, St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, where she served on the parish council. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America No. 443, also a former member of its Drum and Bugle Corps. She served as past president of the Butler County Soroptimist International and also served on the board of directors at the Butler YWCA.

Surviving are three brothers, Paul J. (Vonnie) Neigh, David L. (Marg) Neigh and George F. Neigh, all of Butler; her sister, Marilyn A. Rodgers of Butler; sister-in-law, Judy Neigh of Butler; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and godchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Philip “Coke” Kuciak Jr., whom she married Nov. 3, 1962, and who passed away May 5, 2004; and two brothers, Leonard C. and Joseph E. Neigh.

KUCIAK — Friends of Eileen M. Kuciak, who died Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025, will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday at GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, 127 Franklin St., Butler.

Burial will be in St. Peter’s Parish Cemetery.
