Rep. Kelly to lead House Cancer Caucus

For the 119th Congress, U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly, R-16th, will once again serve as co-chairman of the House Cancer Caucus, alongside fellow Pennsylvania Republican Brian Fitzpatrick and Democrats Debbie Wasserman Schultz, of Florida, and Debbie Dingell, of Michigan.

The Cancer Caucus’s priorities for the next two years are expanding research for the National Institutes of Health and National Cancer Institute, as well as ensuring patients have quicker access to lifesaving treatment.

“I’m once again honored to serve as co-chair of the House Cancer Caucus. I look forward to working together with this bipartisan group to continue working to combat cancer and provide a brighter future for all Americans,” Kelly said in a news release.
