Ambulances transported two people to hospitals Friday night, Jan. 31, after a vehicle crash on Pittsburgh Road.

The call for the crash came in at 8:58 p.m. Friday, for a vehicle crash near 421 Pittsburgh Road, which is between Middle Trail and Dodds Road in Penn Township. Butler County dispatch said on Saturday that state police responded to the scene. One of the people transported went to Allegheny General Hospital.

Police were on scene for more than four-and-a-half hours, and Pittsburgh Road was closed near the crash while police investigated.
