Henry Price
Henry W. Price, 92, of Butler, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 30, 2025, at Butler Memorial Hospital.
He was born on Feb. 23, 1932, in Trinity, Texas, to the late Henry Price and Marie (French) Price.
Henry graduated from Trinity High School in 1949 and then went to proudly serve his country in the U.S. Navy, where he was an aviation machinist. After the military, he continued his education at the University of Houston where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration. Henry was past president of Jungian Society and an industrial equipment salesman for Dresser Co. Henry enjoyed the outdoors, especially bicycling, canoeing, hiking and fishing.
Surviving are his wife, Grace E. (McCoy) Price, whom he married July 6, 1957; three daughters, June Wilder, Carla (John) Carosi and Rachel (Hugh); grandchildren, Malcolm, Marie, Madalyn, Nathaniel and Shaun; great-grandchildren, Oliver and Gage; and two sisters, Bertie Burke and Betty Martin.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three siblings, Charlie, Samuel and Dolores.
PRICE — Services for Henry W. Price, who died Thursday, Jan. 30, 2025, will be held privately per family wishes.
