Jerry Wilson, 71, of Chicora passed away Saturday at his home.

Born in Renfrew, Jan. 30, 1939, he was the son of the late Ferdin G. and Georgia Wilson.

He was retired from Butler Armco, where he had served as union president.

A veteran of the Korean War, he served in the U.S. Navy.

He is survived by his wife, Constance D. Miller Wilson; one son, Keith Wilson of Pittsburgh; one daughter, Chervyl Hammerley and her husband, Craig, of Gaithersburg, Md.; and eight grandchildren. He also is survived by four stepsons, Steve Curtis of Prospect, Larry Curtis of Butler, Jason Curtis of Chicora and Nicholas Dorcy of Chicora; and a stepdaughter, Amy Bly of Karns City.
