Genealogical society hosting in-person webinar
The Butler County Genealogical Society will host the webinar “Hidden Gems of the Keystone State — Finding Land, Military, Ethnic, and Overlooked Records” by Lisa A. Alzo at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18, at the Butler Area Public Library.
Alzo is a freelance writer, instructor and internationally recognized lecturer specializing in Eastern European research and nonfiction writing. She is the author of 11 books, including the award-winning “Three Slovak Women,” as well as hundreds of magazine articles, according to a news release from the genealogical society.
