Regarding the article, “Parents concerned about ICE presence” (Sunday, Feb. 9), it seems very odd to me there is such concern over ICE extracting illegal immigrants from school premises.

I would think the major concern would be improving the academic performance of the students, since Seneca Valley High School ranks 138 out of 740 high schools in Pennsylvania.

By virtue of this outcry, you probably have painted Seneca as a haven for those in the country illegally.
