Thomas Jefferson is quoted as saying “I predict future happiness for Americans, if they can prevent the Government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.”

As we watch, read and also listen to the news we are made aware of our tax dollars being directed to programs without proper audits. Well-meaning programs, when unaudited, were turned into slush funds for opportunists.
