Police Reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Feb. 26 — Keri Ann Price, 32, of Freedom, was charged with one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one ungraded driving under the influence count following a Feb. 12 traffic stop. Police said Price had a blood alcohol content of 0.222%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Feb. 26 — Leonard Jay Sybert, 63, of Chicora, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence counts related to a Jan. 11 crash in Fairview Township. Police said Sybert had a blood alcohol content of 0.136%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Feb. 26 — Hunter Wilson Hughes, 24, of Champion, was charged with misdemeanor unlawful dissemination of intimate photos related to a Feb. 7 incident in Jefferson Township. Police said Hughes posted intimate photos of a woman on his public Snapchat account.
Feb. 26 — Bobbie J. Keener, 41, of West Sunbury, was charged with three misdemeanor driving under the influence counts and one misdemeanor count each of tampering with evidence and drug paraphernalia possession following a Feb. 3 traffic stop in Penn Township. Police said Keener tested positive for methamphetamine, amphetamine, hydrocodone and gabapentin and was in possession of suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, various pills and drug paraphernalia.
Feb. 26 — Nikko Michael Joseph Lillie, 20, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor driving under the influence counts following a Jan. 26 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Lillie had a blood alcohol content of 0.127%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Feb. 26 — Francis B. Coy, 63, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence following a Feb. 21 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Coy showed signs of impairment during field sobriety testing but refused a blood draw.
6:59 a.m. Feb. 26 — Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Bonniebrook Road in Oakland Township. Police said a person driving a Ford F-100 lost control of the vehicle due to inclement weather and struck four mailboxes. No injuries were reported. The vehicle was towed by Errera Towing.
Feb. 27 — Sarah Elizabeth McBride, 58, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence following a Jan. 25 traffic stop in Cranberry Township. Police said McBride showed multiple signs of impairment, but multiple attempts at a legal blood draw were unsuccessful.
Feb. 27 — Albert Ric McKnight III, 30, of Prospect, was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence following a Feb. 8 incident in Franklin Township. Police said McKnight had a blood alcohol content of 0.160%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Feb. 28 — Klyde Gregory Koeper, 38, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault related to a Feb. 27 incident. Police said Koeper headbutted a woman causing a cut on her nose.
Feb. 28 — Micah Daniel Hartman, 45, of Butler, was charged with felony conspiracy to commit retail theft related to a Dec. 2 incident. Police said Hartman and two unidentified individuals stole $832.79 in merchandise.
Feb. 27 — Donna J. Neely, 66, of Butler, was charged with felony retail theft and one misdemeanor count each of theft by deception and receiving stolen property related to a Dec. 28 incident. Police said Neely selected items at a store and returned the items using an old receipt. Police said Neely had four prior retail theft convictions.
