Students of all grade levels at Butler Area School District will put on a musical lovingly ripped from the classic film comedy “Monty Python and the Holy Grail.”

Monty Python’s “Spamalot” retells the legend of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table and features a bevy of musical numbers as well as familiar favorites like cows, killer rabbits and French people.

Dale VanLaningham is the director. Stephanie Marshall are Danielle Henzes are co-choreographers. Ali Erevia is vocal director. Dylan Opalinski is pit conductor.

Robert Harrison is technical director. Will Eberle is assistant technical director.

Audrey Eberle is costumes. Audrey Henriquez is makeup. Ethan Richards is student stage manager.

The musical begins at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 14, and Saturday, March 15, at Butler Senior High School’s auditorium.

Tickets are $15 each, and are available at May’s Music Shoppe starting March 3, and at the door to the show.
