Paserba elected to National Academy of Engineering
Cranberry Township resident John Paserba Jr. has been elected to the National Academy of Engineering Class of 2025.
Paserba’s election into the academy recognizes his contributions to the power and energy engineering field, as the president and CEO of Southern States, a power plant equipment supplier in Hampton, Georgia.
Paserba co-resides in Cranberry Township and Senoia, Ga., and is one of over 150 new members for 2025.
He was previously employed at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products in Warrendale, Allegheny County, for 25 years.
The academy has about 2,500 peer-elected members, both nationally and internationally. there will be an induction ceremony in Washington D.C. in October for Paserba and his fellow new members.
