Lois Eckendahl

Lois Eckendahl, 84, of Gibsonia passed away Saturday.

Born on Jan. 22, 1930, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Wesley and Evelyn McCullough Grubbs.

She is survived by her sons, Elmer Raymond Eckendahl and Bruce (Terry) Eckendahl; her daughter, Amy Lyn (Todd) Taylor; her grandchildren, Ryan, Courtney, Bradley and Becky Eckendahl, and Devin, Jessyka, Justin and Shawn Taylor, and her three great-granddaughters, Crystal, Selena and Isabel.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jess Eckendahl, who passed away on Aug. 19, 2006.

Eckendahl— Lois' family will welcome friends of Lois Eckendahl, who passed away Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the King Funeral Home, 2841 Woodland Circle, Allison Park.A funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Anthony Schneck officiating.
