LOOK FOR THE SIGN — Mrs. Leroy Lewis, left, and Mrs. Robert Hunter display the Block Parent sign which will be a familiar character to children in need of help in the West End School area in December 1969. The children are Daniela Angert and Lynn Lewis. The Block Parent Program is an undertaking of the Community Improvement committee of the Butler Junior Woman's Club. Mrs. Lewis is chairman of the project for West End School, and Mrs. Hunter is co-chairman of the Community Improvement Committee for the Junior Club.
