RELIGIOUS ROUNDUP

Christ Community United Methodist Church, 205 North Duffy Road, will observe Holy Communion at all Sunday services.

Sunday the youths' Souper Bowl of Caring will be accepting canned goods or monetary donations to benefit the Covenant Presbyterian food cupboard.

There will be no youth group on Sunday.

Dine and donate will be Monday at Pizza Hut, Route 8, to benefit the church general fund.

The Sunnyview service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Wednesday Nights will begin its second session with dinner at 5:30 p.m., choir will be at 6 p.m. and classes will begin at 7 p.m. Sign-up sheets for dinner and classes are in the narthex.

Christ's Outreach Children's Church will be at 10 a.m. Sunday at Christ's Outreach Church, 120 Walker Ave.Bible study class will be at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.The New Normal youth group will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Community Life Church Community Life Church holds service at McQuistion Elementary School.The church will make personal care facility Valentine's Day cards from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday downstairs in the YMCA. The cards will be handed out along with carnations the week of Valentine's Day.The church will make about 350 cards.Children are welcome to attend and make cards with their parents.Those who have supplies to share, including a glue gun, should contact Natalie Wall. Anyone wanting to help set up can come at 5 p.m.

Covenant PresbyThe sacrament of the Lord's Supper and the sacrament of Holy Baptism will be celebrated during the worship service Sunday at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 230 E. Jefferson St.The annual corporation meeting of the church will be held immediately following the 11 a.m. worship service Sunday in the Assembly Room.Friendship Parish of Slippery Rock PresbyterianThe Friendship Parish of Slippery Rock will celebrate its 50th anniversary Sunday with a joint worship and Communion service at Bethel Presbyterian Church, 877 Franklin Road, Slippery Rock.The service will be conducted by parish pastor, the Rev. Donna Yanosy.Sunday's service will be followed by a potluck luncheon and a program of celebration.
