A 39-year-old Butler man who died following a minor vehicle crash in Forest County did not suffer any injuries from the accident and he appeared to be healthy, an autopsy revealed.

According to an earlier Butler Eagle report, investigators said Lawrence E. Treadway Jr. of Connoquenessing Township was driving south on Route 62 near the Tionesta State Fish Hatchery when his 1999 Ford-150 pickup went off the right side of the road and struck a utility pole Sept. 27.

Treadway died en route to a hospital, but an autopsy revealed he did not die from the accident and investigators are at a loss for what happened.
