CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Paul D. Throm, 62, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Sept. 20.

Kristin E. Tate, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, filed Nov. 15.

Tyson J. Bargerstock, 28, of Worthington waived to court charges of burglary, criminal trespass, breaking into a structure, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 31.

Joel Alan Fobes, 31, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft by deception, filed Oct. 31.

Terry V. Ulisky, 57, of Karns City waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 23.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases filed by police:Hannah Lynn Wright, 20, of Monroeville, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and no headlights, filed by state police Dec. 28.Christopher Scott Walker, 22, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of forgery, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed by state police on Jan. 9.Timothy Allen Pickard, 30, of Sharon, Mercer County, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by deception, filed by state police Jan. 2.Joseph Edward Teare, 25, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, and intent to possess a controlled substance, filed by the Butler County Drug Task Force on Jan. 28.Additionally, he waived charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; possession of a controlled substance; operating a methamphetamine lab; criminal conspiracy; and risking a catastrophe, filed by the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office on Jan. 29.David Lee Christy, 23, of Slippery Rock, was held for court following a hearing for DUI and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, filed by Slippery Rock University police Jan. 21.James E. Brandt, 36, of Portersville waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed by state police on Nov. 18.
