New Cranberry pizza place bringing the fire

CRANBERRY TWP — A new pizza restaurant is taking the concept of “30 minutes or less” and making it even quicker.

Almost 10 times quicker.

Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza recently opened in Cranberry Mall, 20111 Route 19. The 2,200 square foot open kitchen restaurant offers interior seating for 40, and pizza made in a matter of minutes.

The restaurant features an interactive format that allows guests to customize one of the menu's personal signature pizzas, or create their own, all for around $8.25. Every pizza features made-from-scratch dough crafted in house daily. All-natural meats and vegetables are used, and the pizza is finished in an open flame oven which cooks pizzas in three minutes flat.

For guests with special dietary needs, Blaze offers gluten-free dough, vegan cheese, animal rennet free dairy and tree-nut-free pesto.

Blaze operates under the motto of “Intelligent Choices for Our Pizzas, People & Planet.” The Cranberry Township restaurant is constructed with recycled and sustainable materials, uses eco-friendly packaging and features energy-efficient LED lighting.

The Cranberry Township restaurant intends to create 50 jobs locally.
