MOON TWP — After rescheduling his preliminary hearing seven times in Allegheny County, Jacob Scott Roskovski, 21, of Center Township opted to give up his right to a hearing Tuesday on a list of felony and misdemeanor drug charges in connection with a variety of psychedelic drugs that police said they found at his apartment in Moon Township last summer.

His case will now move forward to the Common Pleas level for trial.

His lawyer, Charles Porter, declined to comment on the case.

Roskovski was arrested and arraigned Jan. 24.

He was accompanied Tuesday by his father and mother, Scott and Stephanie Roskovski. The couple was indicted in April by a federal grand jury and accused of embezzling $1.3 million from Butler Health System.
