Monday — Police reported that three people — a man, woman and boy — were arrested on charges they stole a youth's bicycle about 3 p.m. Nov. 11 that was in front of a pizza shop on Main Street.Charged in the theft are Shane Baker-Whipkey, 31, Danielle Digiacomo, 25, and a 16-year-old boy, all of Butler.5:50 p.m. Monday — An unknown white man in a green minivan struck a pickup truck in the 200 block of Zeigler Avenue, and did not stop. The hit-and-run vehicle was last seen headed north on Shore Street. The van is believed to have damage on the passenger side, a police report said.

5:18 p.m. Monday — Jonnie J. Weppelman, 51, of Harmony was injured when the sport utility vehicle she was driving rolled over several times after hitting another SUV on Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township.Weppelman, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh with moderate injuries. Police said she was cited for a lane violation. Alicia D. Fox, 32, of Portersville, was the other driver.3:35 p.m. Monday — A car driven by Kyle E. Cook, 21, of Cranberry Township struck a guardrail on I-79 in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Cook was cited for a lane violation.10:08 a.m. Monday — Cynthia L. Rhodes, 52, of Oil City, Venango County, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 8 near the Unionville fire station in Center Township1 a.m. Friday — Joshua J. Snow, 21, of Bruin was hurt when the car he was riding in crashed through a guardrail, hit a cement culvert and ended upside down in a stream along School Street at Hook City Road in Bruin.Snow, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries. The driver, Britnee M. Derberry, 22, of Bruin, was cited for driving at an unsafe speed, a police report said.7:54 a.m. Nov. 13 — An SUV driven by Raymond V. Kallner, 65, of Sarver struck a deer on Freeport Road just north of Great Belt Road in Summit Township.

7 p.m. Sunday — A car driven by Lance A. Masters, 65, of Turtle Creek, Allegheny County, struck a deer on Route 28 at the exit 17 off-ramp in Buffalo Township Butler County.9:40 p.m. Thursday — Ronald C. Heffelfinger, 59, of Ford City was hurt when his truck hauling a load of coal crashed and rolled over on Route 2003 just south of Route 85 in Cowanshannock Township.Heffelfinger told police he was coasting down hill after the truck's drive train broke. He tried but was unable to get up the hill.Instead, the truck drifted backward before going off the road, hitting an embankment and rolling onto its side. The load of coal spilled onto the road.The driver, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to ACMH Hospital near Kittanning with minor injuries.8:16 p.m. Thursday — Chelsi K. Anthony, 20, of Ford City was hurt when a sport utility vehicle she was riding in caught fire after it hit an embankment, crashed into a fence and struck a rock on Millennium Drive in Rayburn Township.Anthony, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to ACMH Hospital with moderate injuries.The driver, Kent E. Walker, 24, of Kittanning, was cited for a lane violation, a police report said.

Sunday — An unknown thief stole a Grove City man's gym bag containing prescription drugs and a hat from a vehicle at Premium Outlets in Springfield Township. The theft happened between 5:45 and 7 p.m.
