Man charged in overdose death turns self in
EVANS CITY — Robert Fugate II, who is accused of causing an Adams Township man to die by selling him fentanyl-laced drugs, turned himself in at his preliminary arraignment Monday.
A warrant was issued July 31 for Fugate's arrest after police charged him with drug delivery resulting in death, a first-degree felony equivalent to third-degree murder, and possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver, an ungraded felony.
He was released on $50,000 unsecured bond.
