It seems the aspects of Pennsylvania’s liquor sales industry that aren’t outright socialistic are fascist instead.

The recent ruling by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board regarding possible violations of the state’s dictates by “mug clubs” through which bar owners offer discounted prices to loyal consumers is one such example.

Such actions by the PLCB illustrate how antithetical this dictatorial “machine” — to use North Country Brewing owner Bob McCafferty’s apt words — is to the free market and property rights.
