Man accused of firing shots in argument over parking space

SLIPPERY ROCK TWP — An early morning argument over parking turned violent Sunday, authorities said, when a man fired a handgun past the heads of two others at an apartment complex. No one was injured.

The suspect drove away, but state police arrested him a short time later. In his car, troopers allegedly seized a dozen marijuana vapes and more than $1,500. They also found the gun, which allegedly turned out to be stolen.

Jermaine L. Jett, 20, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County is being held in the Butler County Prison without bail in the incident at the Grove at Slippery Rock apartments. He is facing 22 charges, including a half-dozen felonies.
