CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge David T. Kovach recently heard the following cases:

Ryan Michael Napier, 38, of Butler waived for court charges of conspiracy burglary overnight accommodation while person present, burglary overnight accommodation while person present, criminal trespass break into structure, theft by unlawful taking of movable property, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief damage property intentional, reckless or negligent, filed Aug. 10 by Cranberry Township police.

Sharon Lepore, 43, of Aliquippa waived for court charges of conspiracy access device fraud, access device fraud, retail theft taking merchandise, theft by deception false impression and receiving stolen property, filed April 7 by Cranberry Township police.

Stephen Scott McClintock, 26, of Butler waived for court charges of retail theft taking merchandise, filed Aug. 9 by Cranberry Township police.

Adam C. Bonifate, 39, of Allison Park waived for court charges of retail theft taking merchandise, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, intentional possession of a controlled substance without prescription and driving without a license, filed June 25 by Cranberry Township police.

Kate Alisa Dimond, 33, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of DUI and DUI with highest rate of BAC (greater than 0.16 percent), filed April 22 by Cranberry Township police.

Michael Lee Dudenhaver, 23, of Seven Fields waived for court charges of two counts of DUI, filed May 26 by Cranberry Township police.

Nicholas Rodgers, 26, of Butler waived for court charges of conspiracy theft by deception false impression, theft by deception false impression and receiving stolen property, filed April 24 by Cranberry Township police.

Kimberly Kyong Mosler, 25, of Valencia waived for court charges of conspiracy retail theft taking merchandise, retail theft taking merchandise, receiving stolen property and theft by deception false impression, filed April 24 by Cranberry Township police.

Floyd Lamont Jones, 30, of Pittsburgh waived for court charged of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, intentional possession of a controlled substance without prescription and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed July 14 by state police.

Matt C. Watt, 35, of Cranberry Township waived for court charges of DUI, DUI with high rate of BAC (greater than 0.16 percent) and obedience to traffic controls, filed July 8 by Zelienople police.

Jordan Alan Cramer, 24, of Aurora, Ohio, waived for court charges of DUI with highest rate of BAC (greater than 0.16 percent), DUI and careless driving, filed July 15 by Zelienople police.

Robert Stuart Geary, 25, of Harmony waived for court charges of DUI, DUI with highest rate of BAC (greater than 0.16 percent) and careless driving, filed July 14 by Zelienople police.

Brooke Katherine Pickard, 24, of Seven Fields waived for court charges of DUI second offense, DUI with highest rate of BAC (greater than 0.16 percent) second offense, careless driving and not using low beam, filed March 25 by Zelienople police.

Kenneth Ray Lohr III, 33, of Lyndora waived for court charges of DUI controlled substance- schedule 1, DUI Controlled Substance metabolite, DUI controlled substance impaired ability, driving without a license and driving at safe speed, filed July 20 by Adams Township police.

Timothy Michael Klos, 19, of Pittsburgh waived for court charges of marijuana small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI controlled substance, filed June 24 by state police.

Sharon Marie Stockton, 51, of Carlisle waived for court charges of DUI third offense, DUI with highest rate of BAC (greater than 0.16 percent) third offense and disregarding traffic lane and driving while BAC was 0.02 percent or greater while license suspended, filed June 24 by Jackson Township police.
