SR girls secure 1-0 win
Morgan Siebka's goal in double overtime lifted the Slippery Rock girls soccer team to a 1-0 win over host Warren on Saturday afternoon.
Jordan Marks assisted the game's only score and the Rockets (3-1-1) received outstanding goal play from Ali Doyle, who tallied 17 saves for her third straight shutout.
Wilmington quarterback Jake DeMedal accounted for three touchdowns in the final period (two passing, one rushing) as the Greyhounds turned a 14-13 deficit into a 34-14 home win over Grove City on Saturday.Halfback Jamar Patterson scored both of the Eagles' touchdowns on runs of six and two yards.
