As half of me is Jewish, according to my DNA, I wonder which half of me any who agree with the recent synagogue murders would attempt to kill.

When Jesus the Jew stood against the Romans, and his own, the call was not “All Jews must die.” The apparent solution back then was “This one Jew” should die.

Let us now take a step back to consider the damage to children non-Christian acts create.

Recently Attorney General Jeff Sessions was accused of child abuse after enacting the zero tolerance immigration policy. Over 600 Methodists determined one of their own had misinterpreted scripture to the point it could and would cause harm.

There was no interpretation by those who attempted to stop the murders at Tree of Life Synagogue. The brave men and women who responded all deserve a heartfelt thank you.

You placed your life on the line, many of you are probably different from the ones you went to save, and that is the greatest Christian act one can do. I salute your bravery, and although I don’t know God’s will, I am sure the one true God and His son salute you.

As I am no one of importance, I will offer myself as a sacrificial lamb, as I am over the age of retirement and believe old men should go to war, not young men, and not babes in arms at any border.

Therefore, any of you who want to murder a Jew, or any for that matter, come and talk with me. Bring no weapons other than what God provided you at birth. I will stand against you with my belief that: “There are more good men than not in the World, and that perhaps is our only real chance.”
