Katherine L. “Kay” Patterson, 65, of Fenelton passed away Sept. 28 at her residence.

She was born Jan. 7, 1952, in Michigan, the daughter of John and Raye (Wise) Tiedt.

Kay lived in the Fenelton area most her life and married Darrell Patterson on Aug. 21, 1971, at St. Luke Lutheran Church in Cabot.

She dedicated her life to caring for her family and always wanted to help anyone in need. Kay enjoyed being with her family, especially her grandchildren, and will be remembered for her loving and kind spirit.

Her memory will be cherished by her loving husband, Darrell Patterson; her sons, William Patterson and his wife, Autumn, and Thomas Patterson and his wife, Kelly, all of Fenelton; her grandchildren, Tristan Patterson, Caitlan Patterson, James Musser and Addison Patterson; her brothers, Fred Tiedt, of Shippensburg, and Gene Tiedt of Jacksonville, Fla.; and her sister, Patricia Doyle and her husband, James, of Shippensburg.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Darlene Delk.
