Wet road conditions lead to morning crash on Route 422
No one was injured as the result of a two-vehicle crash shortly after 7 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Route 422 and Greenwood Drive in Butler Township.
Authorities report the wreck happened when the driver of an eastbound Chevrolet Silverado was apparently traveling too fast on the rain-soaked road and was unable to make the turn at Greenwood Drive, striking a Hyundai sport utility vehicle at the stop sign.
