Donna R. Olcus, 91, of Kittanning, formerly of East Brady died Monday, July 19, 2021, at Manor Care Kingston Court in York, Pa.

Born Aug. 9, 1929, in East Brady, she was the daughter of Robert R. and Lillian B. (Jordan) Yount.

On Nov. 9, 1950, Donna married Robert Olcus. He preceded her in death on July 30, 2012.

A 1947 graduate of East Brady High School, Donna enjoyed crocheting and knitting. She cherished her phone calls, letters, photos and visits with her loved ones, and truly cherished her great-grandchildren.

She was one of the oldest members of the First Presbyterian Church in East Brady, and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Before her recent move to York to be near her family, Donna resided at Our Family Home in Ford City, for the past six years.

She is survived by two sons, Charles R. Olcus and his wife, Althea, of Carlisle, Pa., and William M. Olcus and his wife, Bonnie, of Lake Meade, East Berlin, Pa.; two grandsons, Todd Myers and his wife, Abby, and Jeremy Hicks and his wife, Sarah; one granddaughter, Kelly McMillen and her husband, Jarrid; and eight great-grandchildren, Raegan Myers, Chase McMillen, Camrynn McMillan, Zachary Myers, Katelyn Myers, Madelyn Rose Myers, Thomas James Myers and Aubrey Hope Hicks.

Donna is also survived by one sister-in-law, Katherine Downing and her husband, Wilson, of Bradys Bend.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two sisters, Alice Stanley and Jeanne Dunlap; one brother-in-law, John Olcus; four sisters-in-law, Bessie Chemelli, Margaret Nichol, Sarah Young and Bonita Zaccari.

OLCUS — A memorial service for Donna R. Olcus, who died Monday, July 19, 2021, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the First Presbyterian Church in East Brady, with the Rev. Raymond Eichler officiating.

Private burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bradys Bend.
