Alice I. Mattace

Alice I. Mattace, 75, of East Butler passed away Sunday.

She was born Sept. 6, 1940, in Armstrong County, to Eleanor (Rush) Slee and the late Alfred Slee.

Alice was a member of the East Butler United Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed playing cards, her pets, finding treasures in garage sales, reading and playing bingo.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by one son, Phillip Mattace of Florida; two daughters, Diana Mattace and her partner, Kellie Iman, of Butler and Patty Marcucci and her partner, Patty Starnes, of Butler; three grandchildren, Michael, Raymond and Anthony; and one brother, Sam Slee and his wife, Mary, of Butler.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Mattace, who she married June 21, 1957, and who passed away June 30, 2003.

MATTACE — Friends of Alice I. Mattace, who died Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016, will be received from 2 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.Funeral services will be at 6 p.m. immediately following with the Rev. Mary J.
