BUTLER — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:
Robert J. Anchors, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving during suspension, filed June 16 by state police.
Tina M. Gibson, 31, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft and criminal trespass, filed June 20 by Butler Township police.
Shane A. Hinchberger, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and access device fraud, filed July 17 by Butler Township police. Hinchberger also waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property filed July 24 by Butler Township police.
Jared R. Jewart, 21, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, traffic control signals and careless driving, filed June 23 by state police.
Edward D. Kemper, 54, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, filed June 3 by Butler Township police.
Chrissy A. Kendrick, 36, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed April 21 by Butler County Community College police.
Heather A. Kuhrt, 24, of Butler was held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed June 12 by Butler Township police.
Louis E. Nesbitt, 25, of Zelienople waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed June 30 by Butler Township police.
Kayla A. Nye, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and consumption of alcohol by a minor, filed June 16 by state police.
James M. Sines, 30, of Hagerstown, Md., waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and driving during suspension, filed June 3 by Butler Township police.
CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell Jr. recently heard these cases filed by the Cranberry Township police:Elizabeth A. Zorich, 41, of Evans City waived her separate cases to court. She was charged June 5 with theft, receiving stolen property and forgery. She was charged June 11 with receiving stolen property, forgery and theft.Joseph W. Zalin, 28, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged July 10 with retail theft, false identification and driving with a suspended license.Dawn Elizabeth Book, 26, of Portersville waived his case to court. She was charged May 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.Jeffrey A. McLaughlin, 26, of Rochester waived his case to court. He was charged July 9 with theft and two counts of forgery.

He was charged July 23 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of children, possession of a controlled substance, careless driving and driving with a suspended license.Ashleigh N. Householder, 19, of Fombell waived her case to court. She was charged June 17 by Zelienople police with disorderly conduct and three counts of corruption of minors.Catherine Benkart, 36, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged June 17 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Mark Alan Moyer, 46, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged June 23 by Evans City police with resisting arrest, terroristic threats, purchasing alcohol for a minor, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, harassment and trespass.Lori A. Rodgers, 41, of Butler had her case held to court. She was charged May 6 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
