Two people were taken to the hospital Sunday afternoon after a two-vehicle crash on Route 19.

MUDDY CREEK TWP - Two people were taken to the hospital Sunday afternoon after a two-vehicle crash on Route 19.

State police at the scene said both a driver and passenger from one of the vehicles were taken by ambulance for treatment at a nearby hospital.

Firefighters helped restrict traffic to one-lane while emergency crews worked on the scene. Tow trucks arrived for both vehicles around 3:35 p.m., and traffic resumed to normal at about 3:50 p.m.
