Sing Hosanna! is staging the musical "The Wizard of Oz" at 7:30 p.m. Friday, 3:30 p.m. Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday in Butler Intermediate High School's auditorium.

A contest to choose the best handmade Oz costumes from among audience members is planned for 3 p.m. Saturday before the performance. Judges will announce the winners of various age categories during intermission.

Tickets cost $9 and are available at May's Music Shoppe, 247 E. Jefferson St., and from Sing Hosanna! members. Seating is not reserved.

BUTLER TWP - "Let's Be Frank," a Frank Sinatra/big band tribute, comes to the Succop Theater in Butler County Community College's Cultural Center for a show at 8 p.m. Saturday. PITTSBURGH - The University of Pittsburgh's Kuntu Repertory Theatre marks its 30th season with an array of musicals that highlight a time when jazz was king."Sophisticated Ladies" with music by Duke Ellington with be staged through Nov. 6 in the seventh floor auditorium of Alumni Hall, 4227 Fifth Ave. in Oakland.The Kuntu cast is made up of Pitt students, community members and professionals.Performances are at 8 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays and at 4 p.m. Sundays.For ticket information, call 412-624-7298.

PITTSBURGH - The Fiddlesticks family concert will celebrate music from around the world on Saturday at Heinz Hall, 600 Penn Ave.Guest conductor Lucas Richman is returning to Pittsburgh expressly for the Fiddlesticks concerts.
