Grove City College installs 9th president
GROVE CITY — Paul McNulty was installed Monday as the 9th president of Grove City College.
The theme of his installation was “For Faith. For Freedom. For the Future.” The ceremony occurred in Harbison Chapel on the college’s campus.
McNulty was appointed to his new position in May.
The new president is a former U.S. Deputy Attorney General and a former U.S. Attorney. Most recently he was a partner at the law firm of Baker & McKenzie.
In addition to McNulty, John Ashcroft, a former U.S. Attorney General, a U.S. senator and a former governor of Missouri; and Ken Starr, an independent counsel for five federal investigations and the president of Baylor University, also spoke.
They had worked with McNulty in Washington, D.C.
McNulty replaces Richard Jewel.
