Gabrielle Nicole 'Gabby' Anthony
Gabrielle Nicole “Gabby” Anthony, 21, of Butler passed away unexpectedly Sunday evening at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born June 16, 1993, in Butler, she was a daughter of Rodger W. Anthony and Valerie Pauline Kuminkoski Fennell.
Gabby graduated from Butler High School, had attended Butler County Community College and Slippery Rock University, and had worked for Butler County ARC in home care and also for Aldi's Grocery Store in Butler.
She enjoyed running, exercising, bicycling, motorcycling, kayaking, arts and music, and being in the outdoors. She was an avid Batman fan who loved animals, loved spending time at the farm with her grandma Kuminkoski, and was proud that her grandpa Kuminkoski taught her how to change oil in her own car.
Surviving are her mother and stepfather, Valerie and Rick Fennell of Butler; her father, Rodger (Hope) Anthony of Butler; her brother, Korrey Nicholas Kuminkoski of Butler; her sister, Ashley Jordan Fennell of Butler; her grandparents, Benjamin T. and Carmella Albini Kuminkoski, Ronald J. Anthony and Constance G. Jones, and Hazel Slagle and John Fennell, all of Butler; her four aunts, Gloria Schwartz, Debbie Kuminkoski, Mary L. (Eric) Senge and Carrie Rose; her four uncles, Benjamin L. Kuminkoski, Donald T. Kuminkoski, Anthony G. Kuminkoski and Rob Anthony; her stepfather's sister, Heather Batten; and her numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Anthony— The friends of Gabrielle Nicole “Gabby” Anthony, who passed away Sunday, Sept. 7, 2014, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean St., Butler.
